ROSTER POLICE!
Coaches and Team Managers, please read!

Please remember this. DO NOT HAVE PLAYERS ON YOUR REGIONAL ROSTER THAT AREN’T AT THE QUALIFIER. The only exception is if you’re playing platinum, which is an open roster division, in which case it doesn’t matter. Just because players are on your roster it doesn’t mean they’re qualified. They have to PLAY in the regional.

Our goal is to properly place teams according to how they perform at the regional with the team that will be showing up at the Finals. Seeding teams based on their performance at the regional only to see new kids show up the Finals, is unethical and will not be tolerated.

More often than not we catch this and deter it on the front end at the regional. Sometimes it may slip by, but we will catch you at the Finals! We have no problem making an example out of someone to prove that we’re on top of our rules. Every year a kid or two comes all the way to the Finals and doesn’t get to play because a coach thought it would just slip by.

Also, if we catch a coach or team rep forging a signature, they will be banned from NARCh for at least one year.

We take our rules very seriously and work very hard to keep the highest integrity in the sport. We have zero respect or tolerance for cheaters. No matter how people want to spin the above, it’s cheating.

We appreciate all of the hard work and extra effort teams go through to properly qualify within the rules and it’s part of the reason that the NARCh Finals is such a great event.

Thanks for your continued support.
